Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. You will receive an email confirmation with your tracking number once your order has shipped.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your package directly on our website or through the carrier's tracking portal. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after you receive your shipping confirmation.
Lost, Stolen or Delayed Packages
If your package has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us at [your support email]. We will investigate with the carrier and work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. We are not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier but reported as missing — in such cases, we recommend checking with neighbors and your local post office first
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the item and your order number. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
Address Errors
Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. We are unable to redirect packages once they have shipped. If an incorrect address was provided, the customer is responsible for any reshipping fees.
